We started Breezy Bakery with a simple mission: to make delicious, high-quality baked goods that bring joy to your day. The best ingredients, recipes made from scratch, and an oven that's warm before the sun comes up.

Meet Breezy
A family-owned bakery, and a lifelong love of baking.
Breezy has loved baking since she was a kid, and it grew into her passion. Her skill with pastry took her across the country, baking in high-end hotels, before she brought it all home to Cortez.
Today it's a small family shop on Cortez Road where everything is made from scratch, by hand, every morning.
We love to give back
Adopt-A-Road
Every three months we team up with Manatee County to spend two hours clearing debris and litter from our stretch of road, from 75th & Cortez to the roundabout on 53rd. Want to join us, or have a charity you'd like us to support? Get in touch.
